I've lashed tyres in pairs using brown tape in a couple of places and send for about a tenner.  Be amazed how much it opens up the market for them.

Can you pm me a postcode, I am over that way Monday so might be able to collect them.

Absolute bargain! Good tyre too, would fully recommend.
