Beam benders...

Featured Replies

Do they work?

If you have xenons I don't think you need them, you can change the beam from MAXI-DOT

Don't think he has xenons on an S spec car.

Yes they do work. And are required when travelling to Europe.

Check in the manual though as sometimes it just tells you to use some opaque tape and where to put it.

My Greenline SE does not have them. I doubt, very much, that your car does.

I travel to Germany regularly. Buy my beam benders from Amazon for less than £3. Easy easy to fit and remove.

"beam Directors" by Profile Autones.......£2.53 incl postage.

Very simple to fix and remove.

Sorry can't attach a link.

In my SE.....with halogen projector dipped headlights, I operate the little levers inside the hedlamp housings under the rubber caps that provide access to the H4 dipped beam lamps. It is quicker to do than to describe and avoids all that messing around with stick on beam "adjusters", especially removing adhesive residue when removed.

My S spec. headlights have a lever inside the headlight unit, a bit fiddly to do so don't try to do it in the dark.
