Does the airbag light mean none of my airbags will work or a specific one?

Featured Replies

Thought I may get a better response here, posted this in the fabia section

Skoda Fabia 2 1.2 TSI 60 Plate

The light came on previously and was on for a couple of months before I bothered checking it out

Cleaned the connectors from underneath the passenger seat, cleared the code and it didn't come on for a couple of weeks but came on again yesterday
Got the code read today and it came up with:

B1007 - Belt tensioner front (n154) passenger side circuit resistance above threshold

Tried cleaning the wiring contacts with electrical solvent cleaner then replugging in and clearing the code but that hasn't helped this time.

So does anyone know if all of them are disabled if I was to have a crash or only the specific one that is faulty?

Reason I ask is that I'm going on a long trip Sunday so don't have a chance to sort it before then but don't wanna risk the car if no air bags are going to work

Thanks
