help needed please. Is part no. 6Q2423291AXX a direct replacement for 6Q1423291? It just does not look the same i.e. mine has a square block between the cable connection and the torx/allen bolts that secure it to the shaft but the replacement appears to butt straight up to the shaft. Can anyone clarify if they are interchangeable?.

There is normally a choice of 2 you would have to check with your local dealer .I think it depends on steering rack brand
