Hi, just bought a favorit, wanted to escape the clutches of expensive and complicated cars and fancied some back to basics motoring for a while.

 

Picked up a low milage Favorit GLXiE.

 

Not going to win any awards in it, but so far so good.

 

Hope to pick up some tips and answers to questions on here as I go about improving the car a little.

Only questions I have after a 60 mile drive, bringing it home, are:

 

Where can I get a offside (drivers side) rear smoked lamp unit?

Where can i find the knob that controls the headlamp height?

How do I set the digital clock that's mounted near the rear view mirror?

How do I turn the rear wiper on?

 

Going to give it a full service soon - engine and transaxle oils, all filters, plugs, leads, dizzy cap and rotor arm.

 

Am guessing a plain 15w40 oil is ok for the engine, what about the transaxle?

 

Is there an online link to an owners' manual?
