I have bought a reverse camera kit from ebay to assist with hooking up my caravan. Got it wired in ok, problem is it only works with ign on. My camera is triggered from reverse light and ground is picked up from bolt on wiper motor. It a wireless model and the reciever is powered off ign in the fuse box as shown in diagram supplied by seller. The clip on mirror has ground 12v and ign. This has got me scratching my head as the only thing that has changed when engine is running is obviously the voltage goes up. Is this a voltage issue requiring a regulator or is it a canbus issue. Thank you

Can you point us to the kit? Where have you taken the feed from - the fuse box?

can i ask what kit & where did you fit it as I'm looking too add this to mine soon...any photos of it fitted

Hi I picked up ign from 10a second row down from top believe it's something to do with lights. The 12v has been taken from 15a row below marked up as boot.
