Tyre Pressure

Featured Replies

Every so often when I start the car I get a 'bong' followed by 'tyre pressure' displayed in the multidot display, No TPMS symbol on the dash ever comes onand nothing on the infotainment display so wondering whats going on,

I have a 15plate 1.6tdi model if it helps,i know I can take it back to the dealer and will just wondering if anybody can shed any light on what its doing.

many thanks.

Have you checked your tyre pressures?

Have you set/reset the TPMS?

What infotainment have you got?

I've got Amundsen, and if I press the car button I see a picture of the car with orange tyres if the TPMS is unhappy.

Yes tyre pressures have been reset

Yesterday the infotainment came up with all 4 tyres in orange and said 'TYRE PRESSURE MONITOR SYSTEM FAILURE' so god knows

It comes on at start-up on the infotainment system and then goes off and then has the green tick with 'no entries available' and does not do it everytime you start the car.

Think its the basic Amundson head unit

OK, I'd say that the TPMS is faulty and needs a trip to the dealer to sort it out.
