Fabia vrs front wipers faulty stop position? Help?

Hi all, wondered if anyone can help with my wiper fault . Wipers work on all speeds but when they stop they come about 1/3 of the way up the screen to stop and also I've noticed I can manually push the wipers back down by hand to where they should stop? Any ideas

I reckon the park switch in the motor is failing.
