As per title, I need some help/advice about a problem with my aircon on my car. It's a 2008 cr diesel vrs, the condensor has just been changed with new seal. The gas has been done but I'm still getting warm air. It has a Delphi 5n0 820803A pump fitted which I believe is a problem pump. The cutch unit always seems to be turning all the time even if the aircon is off. The bolt in the middle is also showing some threads and has done since late summer last year. I have tried to tighten and loosen the bolt but it doesn't seem to move from the point it's sitting at. I don't have vcd's or access to it other going to a garage. Is there any tinkering I can do or would I be better getting the local aircon specialst to have a look.

There isn't a clutch. The compressor runs all the time but a valve controls how much refrigerant circulates through it.

There was a post not so long ago about the bolt . If it comes out the compressor is knackered.

Looks like it's new compressor time then, going by the other thread
