Running issue, what blocks could I measure?

Despite a couple of issues with the car (actuator and inner cv joint) been pretty pleased with how smooth it's running. But today from nowhere and from the off had power dying under acceleration as boost begins. Was doing it on part and half throttle, then it would clear, take off and die again. It's not limp mode, it feels fuely but like I say I've had no concerns like this at all. Strange how bad it's gone so suddenly.

I've unplugged the MAF, was worse. No codes have been thrown. I'm wondering what blocks I could measure with vcds to explore it? Going to try a spare set of plugs but to be honest I don't think that's it.
