After 256mm rear brake upgrade

Featured Replies

I'm after the rear brake upgrade for my Vrs. I bought a full set last year with discs and pads for £100 (used)

But they seem more expensive now around the £200 mark.

Anybody got any links to some decent condition ones or new ones at a good price?

Thanks.

Can't you get the complete setup new for around £220?

Carriers £30ish a side from vwspares, calipers £100 from 'bay and some pagid discs/pads from ECP?

I bought a used setup, already put new discs/pads and tomorrow my calipers will arrive, existing ones are not working properly (think the piston on one side as its binding and the handbrake doesn't work on the other). So I basically paid £60 for used carriers :(

There is a seller on eBay who does new green calliper, carriers, discs and pads for about £180.

Got a link?

Don't mind discs and pads as I'm putting drilled and grooved discs with mintex pads.
