Green Caliper Paint

Featured Replies

I needed to revive the flaking paint on my VRS rear calipers, but the new paint needed to match the unknown powder coating on my front's. So, a trip to B&Q brought me an entire wall of colour swabs, found a neon green one and they mixed me up a 230ml sample pot for £2.80 - said it was suitable for metals also. Gave the calipers two coats of metals primer then two coats of the neon green and wallah! Not sure how long it will last but looks great for a cheap job. PS thanks for the advice somewhere on here that said rear discs can be changed without removing the carriers - as i have a foobarred bolt on one of mine this valuable information helped me to change my manky discs without the hassle of blow torching and/or welding sockets to said bolt!
