Fully roadworthy with Slovak (former Czechoslovakia) registration plates, MOT and emissions test.  These 1100mb's were the first Skodas to have a rear-mounted engine, fully independent suspension all-round, monocoque body, synchromesh gearbox and were a very modern car back in the 60s even by Western standards.
