Sounds just like a golf!

Featured Replies

Oh wait thats because it is :D   So i stumbled upon this mk3 golf gti colour concept which was for sale in queensbury, went up and had a look friday evening after work and a deal was done.

The car itself is pretty tidy and the previous owner did do a fair bit of work on the car and now its down to me to carry on where he left off :p

Things to do include....

Rear discs and pads

abs sensor

rear wheel bearings

new o/s/f and o/s/r window regulators

replace the trim on the sills

Maybe sort out some of the small rust patches (if funds allow)

Really i would just be happy to keep it running and on the road as these little beasts seem to be getting quite rare now.

CU on the 26th...Weather permitting

Ukmk3's forum or fb page is a good place to be, have plenty of area groups too.

Nice to see another one saved from the parts bin or scrap yard :)

I do miss my vr6 :(
