Forge MAP sensor pipe adapters

Featured Replies

Does anybody know what I can do here? I bought a forge fmic second hand and the adapter is the smaller of the two that doesn't fit

I basically need the larger version of the ones pictured

I've emailed them but I'm not expecting a very quick reply

If your map sensor is to big, leave the reducers out.

I have a map sensor from the forge pipework if you get desperate.

Bring the parts to me and I'll sort it if need be.

:)

Without the reducer it would just cause a gigantic boost leak though as the hole is huge? I'll have a look in a bit as I can't really remember now lol.

Failing that I might take you up on your offer

If you need the larger hole just file out the smaller hole?

only alloy so will **** through it :)

It's about 4mm difference with the sleeve so if it's to tight with it and to loose without it, I'm not sure what map sensor your fitting.

Let me know if you need any help anyway.

I'm gonna go have another look in a sec, I might just have needed to put more force into it but I'm sure it was far too big. I'll take a picture

It's just the oem map sensor off the side mount

Yeah, same one I fitted.

Take the rubber seal off to test fit it.

Right, shes in.

The O ring was basically far too big to fit in no matter how much you forced it, so I've had to butcher it a bit to get it in till I can get a new O ring.

Cheers anyway Hutchy

Good to hear, it was a tight fit with my map sensor as well, I just put some grease on the o-ring and gave it a good push :D
