Hi does anybody know what is missing from this piece here? It feels like it is sucking air in.

Could be from a boost gauge? I don't remember seeing anything like that in my engine bay.

Used to go on the side of the airbox maybe.

Assuming that's the air flow meter on the left and you have a cone filter.

Picture doesn't show much about the pipe other than its a pipe.

Where does it lead to?

I think I've sorted it. Had a new engine put in and I told the bloke to disconnect the dump valve, so ice just blanked that bit off :-)
