Problems with Windows Live

Featured Replies

Some time ago I found I could not open Live Mail.  I tried to reinstall to no avail.  I have looked on the Internet and tried to delete it via CMD and then downloaded Windows Live Essentials again.  Once it has down loaded it comes up with it has finished and to open it just click Finish.  Once I do nothing happens and likewise if I go to the Programmes and click on it the whirly gig starts and then stops and nothing happens.

I now have to access my email by using AOL on line which is a pain.  It has also stopped my Photo Gallery from working properly and I can no longer edit pictures in there.  Again not a massive problem as I can do it in other programmes but was used to doing it in there.

Anyone any ideas>

Have you tried using Outlook.com instead?

Which version of live mail are you trying to install?

No never gave it a thought to be honest but I will.

12 I think. I am running Windows 7 but I think something is corrupted somewhere.
