Facelift grill

Featured Replies

I'm going to split my grill for painting, what I wanna know is it I take the chrome bit off will the black plastic centre bit stay attached to the bonnet?

Gonna drop off @ the painters & leave it with them to get done between jobs, I need to work also so it at least needs to look presentable aswell until I get it back

It all comes off as one then needs seperating. I was thinking of blending the chrome surround into the bonnet with filler before painting it.Not sure it would stand up to the bonnet closing though

I'm having mines colour coded, wanted it done since getting the car. Local body shop have quoted me max £50 to do the job. I'm happy with that.

I'll just run without a grill for a couple days.

It does look nicer, make sure you upload photos when its done :)

Boom!!!!!

Dropped the grill at the bodyshop at 9 & got it back @6pm today, absolutely love how much it transforms the front end!
