Anybody with VCDS in Aldershot or surrounding areas?

Featured Replies

Good evening

Im current serving in the falklands and my wife tells me that mk2 Vrs TDI DPF light has come on and the car has gone into limp mode. She's already had a mechanic friend have a look and he's going to try and jet wash the DPF out tomorrow night. Our friend has had his code reader attached and threw up a p2002 code.

Ive researched a lot on the internet recently to discover its generally a pressure sensor that causes the fault, but if it does need changing i know it will need coding to the car and a forced regen performed.

Is there anyone local who could possibly help by finding the fault. and if needed do the forced regen? If not i will have to get the wife to take the car to Skoda to have it done.

many thanks

FFS do NOT let your mate loose with a jet wash.
