I have some rear seats from a mk1 Fabia Vrs which come with the rare middle headrest which was an optional extra from new they also come with the 3 point middle rear seatbelt.

They are in VGC I will get some pics tomorrow these don't come up for sale very often!

I believe it was standard/option from the facelift, around 05 plate onwards.

Never seen one in the flesh, would look fancy I suppose.

My 06 doesnt have this - boo :(

It was never standard only an option you could add when buying the car from new
