Hi all, New to this but am trying to find impartial referrals on chip (removable box type) tuning for the 2013-2014 1.6 tdi cr with DSG box. I'd like to get one that's going to not conflict with the DSG as I have heard about torque limiting on some threads meaning the claimed 20-25 % increases of manuals can not be realised with a DSG. Has anyone got one and they can vouch for and are there any forum discounts available. Will be changing to another DSG in a year from VAG so would be interested in handing the box on if not prohibitively expensive.

Sport mode does help on the DSG but its not balanced. It's either a slug before kick down in E mode or a bit manic in sport unless your ripping across a Scottish back road. I have a sports car so know I should have bought the 2.0 before anyone digs the newbie......Overtakes in mid Wales while out "Repping" are painful and oft abandoned.
