hello everyone, does anyone know why 1 injector would be over fueling according to diagnostics the fuel quantity correction in cylinder 2 is +2.88 mg/H when cylinders 1, 3 and 4 are  -1.11mg/H  -0.12mg/H and  -1.39mg/H I have had the injectors swapped round but the problem still stays with cylinder 2 I have also had the ecu and wiring checked but no fault has been found plus a new MAF , speed sensor , injector loom and water temp sensor has been fitted but nothing has helped any help will be appreciated thanks

A leaky injector seal?

hello silver1011, i've had all new seals fitted and had injectors 1 + 2 swapped round to see if it made a difference but it stayed the same, now the mechanic is stumped but thanks for your help

If it seems to be running OK, could it possibly be a fault with the measurement hardware/software, i.e. the injector is fine but being reported wrongly? Can the ECU report on itself? Who guards the guardians?

hi skodacarman the car is running real bad like it has a misfire especially under load plumes of black / blue smoke and the engine is juddering so bad it feels like its going to jump out. down hill you wouldn't know there was a problem but pulling away or going up hill its bad unless the turbo cuts out its not as bad then . according to ECU testing.com in Derbyshire there is no faults with the ECU. I  think its time for it to go on ebay spares or repairs as ive put £800 pound into it and got nowhere :'(

That's bad news hoping. Sounds like the diagnostics is telling the truth. Hope it's all resolved soon either way.
