i narrowed it down to the cable that goes to the ecu

I wired it up to the solid white cable.

The car couldn't start, I then as a test cut the cable going from the Stalk to the white ecu cable and the car started.

Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure there is only 1 solid white cable that goes to the ecu but have I wired it up to the wrong one? Are there more than one?

Never mind, it's resolved. I had connected it to the white cable on the small Ecu plug and not the large.

Now have working cruise.

Ready to use on my long commute tomorrow morning
