Hi people i got a problem i got a unversal intercooler big regret because the pipes keep popping out of the silicon every time i boost its starting to wind me up i only got it cos my turbo blew up so i got a stage 1 hybrid and was short for cash any ideas how i can stop them blowing off

- bead the ends if possible.

- make four small cuts and bend the ends open slightly to make them wider than the silicone and clips.

-use more than one jubilee clip

-upgrade to mikilar clamps and put them extra tight.

Might also be worth using a light coating of hairspray on the connectors before you put the pipes over.
