Hi.

Couple of issues. I have the random 3 beeps sometimes on acceleration with what I think is the handbrake warning flashing up momentarily (although not every time). Have read this might be low brake fluid level - difficult to see TBH with position of the reservoir and my untrained eye. Is that the likely cause?

Also whilst I had the engine cover off to try and see the above I noticed that there seems to be an oil leak from the EGR. What's the best way to address this? I have an EGR delete in the garage BTW but had read that these are not that great an idea on the ASZ engine due to the EGR containing the anti shudder valve? Also if fitting the EGR will this need the EML mapping out? Any other cons?

Car is a mapped 54 plate ASZ Fabia VRS on 113k.

Due a service and so will be asking the garage to do any work as basically I am hapless!

Normal as in not to worry about or normal as in they all do it and this is the solution ............

just normal.......its like a fine thin leak, not heavy oil

 

I check my level regular and have never seen a drop.......if you search for it on here its the norm and accepted.
