just thought I'd post here as I had no replies in ask a tech yet....

I have a flashing glowplug light, and a permemntly on engine management light.... any ideas? (everything is working perfectly on the car, including the brake lights, I did a search and found this... but all my lights incliding brake lights are working perfectly...) appreciate any help :( :(

Does it come on as soon as you start the engine or after a while?

I'd take a trip to the garage or phone them at least.

on all the time, soon as start up, and stays on... (both lights) no faults with the car though ...... gonna try to get to the garage..

Sounds like a brake light switch to me.

well there is some good news...

took the vRS in this morning, they said they could look at it it tomorow, (but said they wouldn't just reset the warning lights!) but I cancelled the booking, I've been using the car all day, and this afternoon the warning lights went away all by themselves, and haven't come back! nice one fabia

note: I was watching the brake lights in the reflections of cars behind me in a traffic cue thismorning, and they worked correctly about 100 times in a row

another note: hope it doesn't come back!
