As title has anyone with a vrs tdi 170cr removed middle and rear silencers?

Booked mine into longlife for a straight through and just wondering what it'll sound like really as don't want it to be mega loud.

Guy at long life says it won't be as the engine is pretty quiet anyway?

You tubed a few golf tdi which is basically same engine and they sound sweet so I'm hoping for the same really.
