Just got my vRS back from the garage after having some door leaks fixed.

Anyways, interesting thing happened:

Experienced some poor service with Winchester Skoda when I took the car in 1st time round and in response I posted a .... well.... less than complimentary thread.

When I went in to collect the car after repair the service manager informed me he read my thread :confused: . Did not expect briskoda to have included that audience. Anyways, the service I received 2nd time round was A1 Excellent return to form.

Based on the improvement of service I feel obliged to post a retraction.

I am amazed that Birskoda reaches that far into Skoda dealerships.

I am amazed that Birskoda reaches that far into Skoda dealerships.

With the amount of Briskoda.net stickers on cars they service, I imagine someone got curious and checked it out Always got excellent service from them, although some of their services were a little pricey....

As Xmas is coming please make some nice fun accessories for my vRS (like you can can get for other cars e.g. mini)., including rear mudflaps that fit - so people dont have to cut their bumpers up. Not too expensive mind.

I think you will find Skoda monitor this forum more than we all realise and will also talk to dealers about things they spot so

Those of us who have been here for a while know that skoda have employees who are specifically told to use this site to keep an eye on it and us.

Of course what they do when the employees start to post here is a bit questionable sometimes......
