HI I have a problem with the door lock,It will lock with the key but will  not open , I have to open it by using the passengers door.

   I have followed the instructions in the Haynes manual but he cylinder will not come out ,even with the screw out (TORQS).

 

   Any help or advice to cure the problem please Thanks Octifab
