Just wanted to say a quick hello to everyone and introduce myself!

I'm Scott, recently bought my VRS Octavia due to a recent payout from the insurers.

Long story short, had a Mk5 GTI (which was near mint btw, well, bar the 'polished' wheels!) Driving home, side swiped by a sprinter van, Golf got written off and many weeks and nearly 30 phone calls later, finally got an 'interim' payout.

But as a result from it all, picked myself up a nice little Octavia VRS diesel. Not as much spec as the GTI, but I'll see how it gets me by for the time being.

Pictures to follow, and got a few tasteful mods lined up for it too.

Anyway, that's a snapshot of me and what I've got, feel free to say hi, I'm often on here looking to pinch ideas

Welcome to Briskoda. What year and model vRS? Mk 2 I guess...

A fellow Bedfordshire person don't see that many VRS around this area, hmmm mind u there is about 3 octavia VRS (one of each mark) and a fabia VRS in my works car park! Think I'm the only one on briskoda though
