Has anyone got any local knowledge / experience of the above. Wife has been hit with a £60 penalty for not getting a pay and display ticket whilst there a few weeks ago. It is an anpr letter though with entry and exit photos and time stamps. I assume the p&d machines ask for registration.

Just wondering how obvious the signs are..as the wife says she didn't see any. She was on holiday and round here retail parks are free lol!

Plenty of signs, gets a lot of bad press round here. If she still has the receipts for any shopping she did on the Peel Centre, get in touch with one of the shops and they can usually get them quashed if you explain the situation, or just ignore it and hope it goes away, it's one them debatable fine's, private land, breach of contract, blah, blah, blah
