Noticed this come on today so when I try and pull out of the drive I turn the wheel and there's a grumble in the steering. Been to aldi and reversed back and attempted to turn whilst reversing. same grumble only when the wheel is moved indicating power steering.

What's first to Check? I assume battery volts and fluid levels? Unsure how to get to the pas levels on the vrs!

It's under the battery tray. You have to remove the battery and tray and possibly some parts of the airbox.
