my16 vrs tdi estate, 18" wheels standard. Im just about to do a big un! What tyre pressure should i go for? Or just leave it standard?

2 heavy adults up front and boot and rear seats full of tackle clothes water, cool box.

Was thinking 38 all round?

Thanks

We did a similar mileage with car loaded and did get a few TPLI warnings - probably worth upping pressures a bit, as you say 38 psi and resetting TPLI for this, but would reverese it when you get back and unload it.

pressure as per the fuel flap I would have thought, so with the extra weight would probably be worth upping the pressure.to that.

Yeah look under the fuel filler flap.

It suggests upping the pressures with more weight in.

We often do long trips with 2 adults and a boot full of folding bikes and suitcases etc. Normally stick a few PSI extra in the back. Helps with the MPG a bit.
