retrofit parking sensors to front of vrs estate.

Ok so I have a 2007 vrs estate which im replacing the bumper on due to damage.

I currently have headlight washers and front ops parking sensors, the new bumper has the cut outs for headlight washers but not parking sensors, my question is, can I fit the facelift (much neater) sensors if I cut new holes for them and will the connections/mounts be the same?

The old sensors look very cluttered in my opinion and would like to freshen things up a bit.
