AUQ VRS Spluttering At High RPM? HELP!

Hi guys my vrs was giving me a misfire so change my coil packs and plugs since then I got a very slight misfire/splutter at high rpm, me thinking it's the fuel pump decided to fit Leon Cupra R AMK injectors and a 4 bar on the standard rail still no difference if anything it got worse then I changed the pump with a spare I had and it's gone better but still splutters at high rpm, engine management light flashes but only comes up with misfire on cylinder 2 and 4

Can anybody help

They arent done under recall it was a set of genuine audi 3.0 red top packs

ohh and also forgot to mention the car has a stage 2 map..
