i dont believe this. 3 days after my octy vRS was stolen the insurance company are now asking for details of the immobiliser. i assumed it has a factory fitted job that was thatcham cat 2 approved!!!! they never asked for this unfo when i swapped the car over to the octy!!! what the hell are they playing at?????

Does it have any relevance on your situation as the keys were stolen so the immobiliser would have switched itself off anyway?

Tell them that it has a standard factory fit immobiliser and that is all you know about it.
