For sale - collection** from Wetherby or Harrogate - £280 ovno

These are my winter wheels, used on my Yeti for the last three winters, covering 18K miles. Suitable for a wide range of Skodas - Yeti, Mk 2 Octy (they clear the 312 brakes on my Yeti, so I assume they'd do the same on a standard vRS), Superb. I *think* they fit the O3 as long as it's not the vRS which needs 17"s. I've now got all seasons fitted (Nokian Weatherproof) so won't be using these any more.

Alloys: MSW (by OZ) 19s - 6.5J width, PCD 5 x 112, centre bore 57.1mm, ET45, radius bolts - basically just the same dimensions as any VAG wheel. No adapters required. Cost new in 2012 £329 and now retail at £359

The alloys have no curbing, and only a few very superficial scratches which would polish out. There are a few small patches of minor surface corrosion on the inner faces of the wheels which is lifting the paint. A bit of sanding & repaint will sort them if it bothers you. They came with a full set of 20 bolts which I'll include, but your standard Skoda bolts will work fine.

Tyres: Nokian WR A3 205/55/16 94 H XL (New ones are around £80/tyre)

The minimum tread on the pair that have done two winters at the front is 4.8 - 5.3mm and the set that have only done one front season are on 5.2 - 5.8mm. They should do another winter season. These have been brilliant, hence choosing Nokian for my all seasons.

** I *might* be able to deliver if it isn't too much of a detour from any of the Briskoda meets I go to (Yorkshire & East Midlands) but it would need to be the asking price plus a few of your local bottled ales! Alternatively you could organise a Greenline transfer :)

Thanks for looking

Edit: There's a set of Lidl snowchains that fit these wheels which you can have too - they don't fit on the standard 225/50/17 tyres I'm on now. Only taken out of their carry case once to trial fit.

Best check in the Superb II forum, but as far as I'm aware they are fine. I know others who've run the same size on Octavia II and Superb II. It's the right size for the tyres and the wheel size for steels on the tyre sites vary between 6J & 7J 16"s, and these are 6.5J

in which case, would it be possible to come and inspect/possibly buy/collect them this weekend at some time. I'm not far from you, and could pop over to Harrogate, or meet somewhere in the middle. The wheel data all look satisfactory to me, but I'm not a Skoda expert, hence the obsessive question.

That's fine. I've got someone coming to collect my old Dunlops, and Harrogate would be easier for him. I'll see if we can manage the same morning/afternoon. I'll PM details.
