Courtesy Car - chipped windscreen! HELP!

Featured Replies

Hey guys.

Need some quick advice - I've got a 5p-sized stone chip on the courtesy car I've got at the moment.  Handing back today.  I don't have the agreement I signed when I took the car, but paid a £15 insurance premium with Skoda as my policy doesn't cover me fully comp on all cars.

Any experience of whether this might be covered or not?  Should I say anything?  She didn't walk me around the car when I took it?

Fecking typical.  Only ever had one stone chip in my life.  :(

Anyone?  Taking it back in a couple of hours.

If they didn't do a walk round of the car when you picked it up and you didn't sign anything showing the condition of the car when you took it then just say nothing.

It's not like you've crashed the car. Stone chips happen.

As above how can a stone chip be your fault?!

Thanks guys.  Yes - true.  I'll park the car up and say nothing then I guess?  Just being paranoid.  :(
