Air con failed recently. Got main dealer to diagnose it during major service. The compressor has failed and they quoted ca £900 to replace.

Can anyone recommend and independent who could do a good job but cheaper? Preferably in Norfolk

And then a local indy fitted it me for £120

 

Fair bit cheaper than you were quoted 

 

Unfortunately, mine was further diagnosed with a slight leak on the evaporater behind the dash, which is next on the to do list!
