Hya guys, I play music via Spotify and bluetooth and even with a fair amount of juice in the battery the sound goes off. The mute symbol comes up. If I then manually turn the sound back on it comes on for a while and same again. Is this a connection issue or does it just sense the battery needs to be tip topped??Using the lead same happens. Any help appreciated.

What phone and how low is the battery? I believe some Androids go into 'power save' below 20%.

Is this when the engine isnt turned on?

If so, is it timing out every 20-30 minutes or so like most cars do? You can turn it back on, but it turns off to save the vehicle battery... Basically incase youve forgotten it.

Sorry for late reply and yes I do have an android mobile phone Oli. Even when it is fully charged the radios mute symbol randomly comes on but only in bluetooth mode.

Just for clarity, is the phone going into mute, or the car infotainment system?
