I believe that they should/would have been replaced FOC by a Skoda dealer. Who advised you to go to a VW dealer? And all 4 can be changed in a matter of minutes.

Hi

Yes you have been ripped off.

It makes me so mad that dealers do KNOW baout this and they are insistant on ripping people off.

You could be decent and give the dealership a call and ask for your money to be replaced or you could get in touch with customer services.

I did warranty for years and I liked to tell the customer that they got something for free from Skoda UK.

You will need to know the part number of the old ones to go through Customer Care thinking about it so I would get in touch with the dealer first.

If you have any problems , you could name and shame them.

Yep Ripped off.

Go back to them & skoda, if no joy Post their details here & we can "spread the word"

No tried is not good enough.

This IS covered in to a 5th year of warranty.

I have done a warranty claim before for someone who paid for them

It is done via an ECA Exceptional Claims Authorisation.

Dont take this lying down.

If Customer Care say no go to the dealer principle.

Dont accept it.
