Just washed my wheels for about the fourth time with my Halfords wheel brush (cost about £10) and it snapped off and scratched my alloy :( not impressed.

Only had it a month but cannot find receipt, well cheesed about scratching the alloy.

So word of warning do not use this brush if it starts bending just after the handle bit :(

It was black & grey handle and bristles.

Ouch. I often use a microfibre past its best for wheels only.

I find these better than a brush, less chance of scratches....

^^^ Same as Jason, I go with the microfibre, makes it easy to get into the smaller spaces between the spokes too!

I've been using this recently Ben - what are your thoughts on it? Seems fine for my wheels - generally slick and clean anyway.

Otherwise I stick to the Daytona Speedmaster brushes - small+ large on mine.

I really like it Ste. Saves the backs of my hands and knuckles too. Mine gets a lot of abuse and just gets chucked in the washing machine. Great price too!

I use mine coupled with Auto Finesse Revolution. Great combo.

Precisely that. It does a great job of saving your knuckles on the brake parts etc.

So far mine has been washed twice a week for a the first month..... holding up fine and looks new.

 

Not tried AF revolution Ben. I use mine with Definitive Decon88
