Hi all, I've just bought myself a 2010 2.0 tdi 4x4. It drives well except for one thing. When changing up through all gears with light throttle, it feels like there is back lash in the transmission. It happens momentarily and a second or two after releasing the clutch. My initial thoughts are that the power is being shifter quickly to the rear. Also on the motorway, the suspension feels like it is tramping when going over bumps.

 

Does this sound like a haldex problem or maybe something to do with the flywheel?

I'd definitely have it looked at. My Scout (4x4 Manual) doesn't behave as you describe.
