Michelin pss or ps3

Featured Replies

Anybody any experience with pilot super sport just wondering if they were worth the extra money over the pilot sport 3 my mk3 octy vrs due new tyres shortly so looking for some reviews

Super sport is grippier but arguably not as good in the wet. They also wear quicker.

IMHO not worth it on a daily - for a weekend toy fill your boots.

I've got the PSS and think they are fantastic. They seem to wear fine, but there again I've only done around 7k miles so far. They are also fine in the wet, although I haven't done a back to back with my car on the PS3s. The PSS is the best tyre I have ever had on a car :) The only thing against them I can think of, is they seem a little noisier than other tyres I've had, but there again, it might be down to my car rather than the tyre.

I thoroughly recommend them if you like a spirited drive :)

Just seen the OP date, so perhaps my post is a little late :D
