So Offski goes Dr Winfried Vahland Skoda CEO.  

'Resigned' From the Volkswagen Group.   The statement is made by 'Skoda',  but he left 'Skoda' 2 Weeks ago.

So no 'Volkswagen Statement'.  

Or Dr Winfried Vahland can not make a statement before the 'Golden Goodbye' is safely in the Bank Account'.

 

Not so much as a "cheerio, sorry, 'i knew nothing'.   They lied to me as well.  You that bought Skodas in good faith deserved better. SORRY!"

A bit confusing about the bit on his concerns over the 'switch to only Diesels with SCR & Adblue, which is where this Scandal Started in the US, 

& considering Dr Winfried Vahland must of signed that off in Europe already with the Euro 6 Emission vehicles that Skoda already build and have out on the roads, not only in Europe but in other World Regions where Skoda CZ sell vehicles, seeing as he was Head of Skoda since 2010.
