Help - why can't i post in the wanted section?

I managed to post a test thread just now. Try again. If is doesn't work for you it could be that there are still some settings which need tweaking. Colin has not finished yet!

hmm - tried again, the wanted section has a padlock on it, when i go into the section and try to post it says i do not have permission?
