Brakes

Featured Replies

Hi can anyone tell me do u need vag com to flush and bleed brakes thanks graeme

If you are only changing the brake fluid and you don't get air in the system you should be fine without.

You might already have one but if not invest in an Eezibleed kit. They're about £20 from halfords and they are brilliant. Mine has bailed me out several times now when getting spongy pedals after caliper changes.

Nise one cheers can't understand why u would need vag com for

You use it to cycle the ABS pump as there is brake fluid in there obviously

If air gets into the abs block you can't get rid of it by bleeding, you need VCDS to cycle the abs pump to force the air out.
