I have the shareware version of VAGCOM at the moment, I have tested it on my 03 Octy vrs and the chassis code 1U gives control modules fitted as being 01, 02 ( if auto gearbox) 03, 08, 15, 17, 19, 35, 46, 56.

I can access all apart from 35 ( centr. Locks) is this under 46 instead as central conv, or is it a case of module 35 not being fitted?

I just wanted to get this clear to make sure my ebay lead is working properly before I pay for the License to get full VAGCOM. Everything else seems to work perfectly so it would seem a bit strange for only this one module not to be accessable ( if fitted).

yes.

as you have a higher spec Octavia, you have more fitted to the locking system, so you have cent conv, as opposed to locks.
