I'm having trouble fitting the oil feed banjo bolt from engine block to turbo.

No matter what i try, the bolt will not tighten up fully, and leaks excessively when engine is started!

Does anyone know what size washers are used on the banjo bolts?

The coolant banjo bolts are fine and dont leak at all.

did you use new?  from what I can see they were 12x15.5x1.5    but changed at some point to 12x18  hope this helps

I used the old ones but the bolt would not tighten up. Will go to dealers today and buy new ones. Thanks for the reply and info
