wheres my intercooler?

Featured Replies

Just out of interest where have skoda hidden my octy 4x4s intercoolers? is it completely out of the way somewhere, just in case it gets any air on it? :)

It cant be as silly as my old celica GT4's top mount can it? (anyone who knows these cars knows how hot they get and so after a drive of 5 mins the intercooler is toasted...)

Front right wing...you'll need to take out arch liner to get at it.

front right wing? nice. bet that stays chilled then with the amount of air that flows through the wing!

Better with the arch vent mod...very easy to do and cheap....and let the air flow through the i/c and out of the arch.

I believe Nick did a "How To..." on this...so do a search.....you'll probably find the Fabia arch vent but it's pretty much the same.

You can see it if you look through the front offside air intake in the bumper. Air flows through that intake to the aircooler then exits downwards through the open space just in front of the wheelarch liner.

ahhh, the classic top mount inter warmer :)

just get a front mount, you know you want to ;)
